The sewing kit contains a collection of tools to help with communication and help negotiate where to lean in and where to draw the line.

Women are more educated and skilled than ever.  Yet, just as we reached this point in history, we abruptly shifted into an era where "alternative facts" can reign, and "how" something is said can have greater impact that the meaning of the words themselves.  In science and medicine, it is critical that meaning not be lost, and that a message not be heard because it is delivered by a woman.
